Wee Speak Therapy and Learning Center in Lafayette, Indiana, is seeking to hire a certified music therapist to join our outpatient pediatric team.

Responsibilities include:
Performing evaluations and report write-ups identifying a client’s strengths and deficits
Developing care plans that address skill deficits and family concerns with measurable goals based on clinical reasoning.
Implementing treatment plans with developmentally appropriate therapeutic strategies and techniques.
Discussing plans of care and treatment strategies with families.
Consulting with other disciplines to provide a transdisciplinary approach to treating the child.
Referring to other healthcare providers as necessary to meet a client’s goals and healthcare needs.
Wee Speak is a therapist-owned, multi-disciplinary pediatric therapy clinic offering physical, occupational, speech therapy, music, equine-assisted, and aqua therapy in an outpatient clinical setting.
