Job Title: Music Therapist
Start Date: Immediate start date
Hours: Full-time caseload (part-time hours also available)
Salary: Very competitive hourly wage based on experience; benefits include flexible
hours, paid time off, paid holidays, retirement plan and health/dental insurance,
CBMT maintenance fee, and yearly continuing education reimbursement
Qualifications: Applicant must be a board certified music therapist with reliable
transportation; 1-2 years experience preferred
Location: Madison, IN
Description: Come join our team of creative and passionate music therapists! Keys
for Success is a music therapist-owned company based in Cincinnati, OH with 10
music therapists providing services for individuals with autism and intellectual
disabilities. This dynamic position serves individuals on the Medicaid Waiver and
will serve individuals in the Madison, IN and Vevay, IN areas. This is the perfect
position for someone living in the southern Indiana or northern Kentucky area!
Position may also be split if candidate is only interested in one area.
Applicants for the position must possess self-motivation, strong organizational
skills, ability to independently manage a caseload, accomplished documentation
skills, advocacy and leadership skills, and a passion and eagerness to serve
individuals with disabilities.
Job requirements include: completing initial assessments and treatment plans,
providing ongoing weekly individual and group sessions (mostly in-person with a
few telehealth sessions), completing weekly documentation and quarterly reports,
attending Keys for Success’ team meetings, innovating and creating new program
offerings, and active participation on interdisciplinary teams.
