Job Title: Full Time Board Certified Music Therapist

Salary: Based on experience, guaranteed paid 40-workweek regardless of starting caseload

Job Description: We are seeking one highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team to positively impact the lives of clients with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. As a music therapist with our company you will be an integral part of your clients’ support teams, which include case managers, behavior therapists, guardians, and program directors. You will be responsible for assessing each client, developing treatment plans, meeting with clients on a regular basis, and addressing goals from the client’s individualized support plans. One-on-one treatment may be provided in individuals’ homes, community workshops or the company’s main offices. Applicants must be organized and able to maintain appropriate client documents in accordance with state waiver regulations.
Benefits: The music therapist will be eligible for paid holidays, personal leave, health benefits (including vision and dental), a relocation bonus, and a mileage stipend after their 90-day probationary period. Paid travel time, and instruments are provided upon starting. After the first year, music therapists receive paid vacation time and CBMT fees are reimbursed.
Qualifications: Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Therapy and board certification through CBMT (MT-BC credential). Recent graduates welcome to apply
