Responsibilities: Develop and implement music therapy treatment plans. Conduct patient assessments and establish music therapy treatment goals. Evaluate each patient’s progress and the effectiveness of music therapy interventions. Coordinate therapeutic music activities for both large and small groups. Observe patient response and encourages socialization.
Provide patient with information regarding resources and therapeutic music activities in the community.
Requirements:
Licensure / Certification / Registration: Registered or Board Certified Music Therapist required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy required. Master’s degree preferred.
