CARS, an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking a full time Music Therapist to provide activities to help engage and improve the minds, bodies, and spirits of individuals with disabilities through the use of music. Must provide physical and emotional well-being, while supporting growth and engagement through individual interventions. Activities must be fun and creative and targeted toward the specific needs of each client. Experience working with adults with disabilities or/and a physical education is preferred. Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in music therapy, from an accredited university, a board certification along with the credentials “MT-BC” and be highly organized, enthusiastic, energetic, motivated and creative; work well independently and as part of a team.
