Job Title: Employee – Music Therapist

Overview: PlainSong is looking for one individual to join our team!

and seeks to improve the community which we serve. We are a small team and pride ourselves on our community both within our city and within our company. Therapists at PlainSong have support and guidance to choose areas of specialty and strengthen or build programs in chosen areas. Plainsong is looking for a leader in the music therapy field!

Qualifications: Applicant must be a board-certified music therapist or will have completed board certification before start date

Description: PlainSong Music Services, LLC is a music therapy practice in Anderson, IN seeking an individual to provide Music Therapy services. This position is for the areas listed below with opportunities to choose additional specialties. This position involves homebased, facility based, and our clinic-based settings.
• Intellectual and developmental disabilities – one on one and group settings
• Hospice/Palliative Care
• Geriatric
• Mental Health – all ages, with focus on adolescents
PlainSong is only seeking applicants that are passionate about music therapy and growing the field. The job description includes completing initial assessments and treatment plans, providing weekly sessions, writing weekly and quarterly reports, and participation with interdisciplinary teams consisting of parents, guardians, and other team members for individuals receiving services.
