Forte Residential Music Therapy is hiring a full time music therapist to serve adults and children on the Indiana Medicaid Waiver.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• MT-BC (Music Therapist- Board Certified) Certification or planning to sit for exam before start date.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must have dependable transportation and proof of car insurance.
• Must be willing to work some evenings.
